Welcome to Plumeria Point – Your Dream Marco Island Getaway!
Thank you for considering our newly renovated home as your next family vacation destination! We are beyond excited to share this beautiful property with you and hope you'll experience all that Marco Island has to offer. From pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters to incredible dining and shopping, this island is paradise.
Our Home:
Plumeria Point is a spacious, newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, offering over 1500 sq. ft. of open living space. Every detail has been carefully curated with brand new furniture, high-end finishes, and thoughtful touches to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.
Primary Suite: Relax in the king-sized bed and enjoy a private retreat complete with built-in office space for those who need to squeeze in a bit of work while on vacation. The en-suite bathroom is spacious, and the walk-in closet offers plenty of storage for your personal items.
Guest Bedrooms: The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and generous closet space, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids with two sets of bunk beds. Both guest bedrooms benefit from an additional door that offers extra separation from the main living areas for a bit of peace and quiet.
Bathrooms: The second bathroom has a convenient shower/tub combo with double sinks, perfect for families.
While we welcome children, please note that our home is not baby-proofed. However, we do provide a pack-and-play and high chair for your convenience.
Living Spaces:
Living Room: The open floor plan ensures that everyone can spend time together, with plenty of seating around a large-screen TV for movie nights or sports events.
Game/Sitting Area: Adjacent to the living room is a cozy space filled with family-friendly games and puzzles, including Marco-poly and a Marco Island-themed puzzle map. Perfect for some off-screen fun!
Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen features brand-new appliances, quartz countertops, and bar seating for two. The adjoining dining area seats 6 comfortably (with additional leaves available for extra seating), making it ideal for family meals.
Outdoor Living: The living room opens to a private lanai where you can soak up the sun by the pool, enjoy dinner at the outdoor dining table, or relax with a glass of wine by the fire pit. We’ve thought of everything to ensure you enjoy both indoor and outdoor living to the fullest.
Outdoor Fun:
Pool & Lanai: The private lanai offers pool loungers, pool floats, and shaded seating areas with a large-screen TV for outdoor viewing. Enjoy your favorite shows or sporting events while relaxing in the fresh air.
Grill & Dining: Fire up the new Weber grill for an evening BBQ, or dine under the ceiling fan at our spacious patio table with seating for 8.
Beach Gear: We have everything you need for a beach day, including a beach cart, 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a beach blanket, coolers, and sand toys. You can also use our 2 bikes to explore the island!
Prime Location:
Plumeria Point is centrally located on Marco Island, just a 5-minute drive from the beach. We’re also within 5-7 minutes of all the island’s top attractions, including the new Publix (only 2 minutes away!). For added convenience, take advantage of the new FREE bus service that will take you anywhere on the island.

****WE WILL ALLOW NON SHEDDING HYPOALLERGENIC DOGS. MAX OF 2/$150 PET FEE PER DOG.
Cancellation: If you cancel within the fully refundable period you will get a full refund minus the processing fees. We ALWAYS want you to be protected and recommend purchasing travel insurance. Especially if you are booking during HURRICANE SEASON. (August-November) Please be aware that if you DO NOT purchase the travel insurance offered or buy your own and you get sick/have flight issues/weather issues/etc and cannot make your trip we have a NO REFUND policy. PLEASE BUY TRIP INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOURSELF.
Parking: You can park one car/suv in the garage and two in the driveway. Per Marco Island code you can’t park a trailer or boat in the driveway. You can park a small RV in the driveway as long as it is not covering the sidewalk. You would have to obtain a free permit from the Marco Island police department and affix it to your RV in a conspicuous place. If you do not have the permit the property will be fined on a daily basis and the fines will be taken from your security deposit.
Cameras: We have one camera on property. It is the ring doorbell at the front door for added security.
NOTE: As per the Transient Rental Noise Control 30-90.9 Any noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., daily.”
Security Deposit: A $1000 Security Deposit HOLD will be accessed to your credit card on file two days prior to your stay. This is NOT A CHARGE, it is a hold for violations of the ordinance or damage done to the property during your stay. The hold will be released 2 days after your departure if no violations/damage is found.
NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 86 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once the pool heater turns back on in the morning it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most heat pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.
NOTE: We do not inspect the bikes between each renter. Use of the bikes is at your own risk and is the renters responsibility to deem fit for your personal use. NOTICE: It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence
