This all inclusive property has everything you could need and more, from kayaks & life jackets, to places to park your boat/jet skis, to utensils/dishes/cooking-ware, a Keruig coffee maker, microwave, brand new griddle, new outdoor grill (guests will need to bring propane), linens, towels, body wash/shampoo/conditioner also provided, just bring your swim suits & flip flops, as this home has It all! This newly remodeled 1 bedroom//1 full bathroom house comes with a plethora of comfortable sleep accommodations provided for guests: queen bed, a sofa sleeper, a twin bed inflatable mattress, and a pack & play with mattress for little ones! Enjoy your morning coffee, sun tan, or unwind in the evenings on the large upper deck patio. Enjoy some s'mores or campfire stories around the fire pit also available for guest use! Whether using as a weekend retreat, a week vacay, or a monthly rental, this property is able to accommodate your specific stay needs! Pet fee is for dogs only, no cats.
