We loved the Hard Rock in every way including the vip services available to any guest, including having a guitar delivered to our room just for fun at no charge. Our only negative was our room service experience. The food was delicious, but If I’m paying $28 for a burger, I would expect a plate. Our dinner was handed over in a paper bag.

This was our first stay at Hard Rock Hotels and we will definitely search more Hard Rock Hotels in future. Had a very good stay, the property is exactly what you would expect for the area. It's clean, quiet, has a very nice pool and bar. Staff was very friendly and approachable. The bartenders at the lobby bar were my favorite. They were always smiling and making conversation with everyone. They definitely made everyone feel welcomed. There was only one time that a front desk agent was a bit rude and snippy but I didn't stay with him long.

We were treated like rock stars at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella: VIP check-in, upgrade to a view room and access to casino and Balinese beds by the pool. This resort hotel with all the fixings was such a nice break from the hotels in tourist hotspots, we’ve been staying in on our Andalusia trip. The excellent lobby bar had live music and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous.
