Tivemos uma experiência bastante negativa. As fotos não fazem jus ao verdadeiro estado do hotel, diversas questão csudadas pelo tempo e pela falta de manutenção. O serviço é de hotel e não de “resort”, atendimento fraquíssimo, e depois piorou na parte da piscina, tanto pela má vontade dos atendentes como pela falta de toalhas por exemplo. O único ponto positivo foi a comunicação rápida e com pró atividade de quem estava na recepção durante a noite que conseguimos resolver tanto sobre barulho quanto opções para sairmos jantar. Mesmo assim jamais me hospedaria novamente

Primeiramente os funcionários são educados e atenciosos, parabéns para todos. Sobre o Resort, o chuveiro tem pouca vazão e não ocorreu troca das toalhas, mesmo solicitando no segundo dia, saímos na quarta diária, sem haver uma troca. Houve um desconforto na primeira noite e parte da manhã, pois teve uma queda de energia e o gerador não atendeu o suficiente, ficando sem ar condicionado na noite e outros serviços como água por exemplo na parte da manhã. Observei que o resort não tem um mapa da península estampado, objeto muito comum nestes lugares turísticos. Café satisfatório, mas o cardápio para almoço e janta com pouca variedade. Péssimas condições das entradas, muita lama e buracos dentro de Barra Grande inclusive. Lamentável pagar pedágio de R$60,00 para acessar a península e não ter benefício neste sentido.

O local é incrível. Não tenho o que reclamar quanto ao atendimento , conforto e beleza do local. Um ponto de observação (no caso, melhoria), o hotel oferta a algumas pessoas de fora o day use, deveria ficar claro a limitação do acesso dos day use em relação aos hóspedes. Me senti incomodada, vendo as melhores mesas em volta das piscinas ocupadas por day use sendo que paguei diária, lembrando que o day use é oferecido como brinde (as pessoas não pagam ). Acho que deveria limitar o day use somente a área da piscina na beira da praia e ainda assim, delimitar as mesas que podem usar. Notei alguns hóspedes incomodados também. Fica a dica! Fora isso, pretendo voltar inúmeras vezes !!!
