My wife and I visited the Keys for our first time to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and her birthday.
I traveled extensively over the last 40 years and we were looking for a boutique smaller hotel and found Seascape. It turned out to be a great decision.
First of all it is centrally located in Marathon and easy access to all of Marathons sights, restaurants etc. Also it is centrally located to the rest of the Keys
The facility had all you could ask for beach, pool, bikes, chairs, coolers you name it they had it and it was all no charge and on the honor system.
The staff was wonderful friendly, attentive and responsive.
We had a water leak in our bathroom our first night after midnight (it is just something that happened and is not at all reflective of the quality of the facility)
I called the emergency number it was close to 1am. Andi the manager promptly answered and it was obvious I had woken her from a deep sleep. She couldn’t have been any more responsive and offered to come in right then. I made a decision that we could work through it and figure things out in the morning.
She somehow reached a plumber first thing in the morning (which during spring break was amazing)
We came to a mutual resolution and everything was handled wonderfully. Andy was amazing and without even asking also got us a discount.
We will definitely go here anytime we return to the Keys and will highly recommend to our family and friends.
