Aria 2 is a beautiful modern duplex beach house that has stunning views of both the ocean and Neahkahnie Mountain from both levels of the home. This unique home is furnished with mid-century modern furniture, all original artwork, and has beautiful stone and concrete floors throughout. The stone details continue throughout the bathrooms.

The second you walk into the main house, you see the magnificent ocean view from the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are French doors that lead out to the patio and onto the beach access path. The living room is complete with comfortable seating and a gas fireplace for those chilly evenings. Also located on this level is a bedroom and full bathroom with a sit-down shower stall.

The main bedroom has a view that you have to see to believe plus a fireplace to keep you warm. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and double sinks. The second bedroom upstairs has a bathroom with a steam shower. This home also has a detached bedroom that is located across from the main house via your deck which has a gas grill. This is the perfect spot for someone who may want a little extra privacy. It is complete with a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom with a steam shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
