Fabulous Golfing at Cypress Bend Golf Course, Water Activities, Scenery, Rest/Relaxation and more await! This Golf Villa has a 3-bedroom and 3-bath floor plan with access to local attractions, Swimming Pool, Memorial Garden, Waterfront Pavilion, Full Kitchen, Lake-view Balconies, and more. You will certainly have a great stay!
This Villa is close to the newly remolded Cypress Bend Golf course, also has a private outdoor patio, and a communal pool and & Gazebo.
Villa 9 will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc.

For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
Villa 9 is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.

The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
