There weren't any faclities other than the room which was very spacious and well appointed.
Good location and clean. Rooms are terribly furnished. No bathroom counterspace. No place for clothing in drawers or shelves. Terrible seating
Terrible lighting
The check-in process was fine. There was a very nice and helpful person at the desk to get us checked in. That was the last time we saw anyone at the desk. There is no dining on the property. Donuts and coffee are offered on the floor every morning. The room had lighting on only one side with no lighting on the other side of the room, making the desk unusable. No grab bars in the shower, no place to sit in the bathroom other than a no cover toilet. No towels in the bathroom. All bathroom linens are in a cabinet at the other end of the room. Very inconvenient. A blow fuse left us in the dark when we used a hair dryer and curling iron from the same set of outlets. That should not happen. Placement of the safe would take a contortionist to get to. Form over function seems to be the mantra of the designers or owners. We will not be staying there again.
Excellent place to stay while in Mankato! Within walking distance of the Vetter Stone Amphitheater for our concert Saturday night. Great restaurants nearby!!! Will definitely use this place again if we are in the Mankato area!
Like the modern feel and the uniqueness of buisnesses on 1st floor with hotel rooms on 4th floor. Also did not need to wait around to checkin as we were able to go right to our room right away with no need for key cards, just the code we were given. Saw other reviews that there were donuts in the am, but we did not see/get those. We did walk down to Coffee Hag for a yummy breakfast though. They responded quick with any questions theough text. I did think it was a bit overpriced, but other hotels were too. Clean and comfortable with some nice style. Love the floor to ceiling wall of windows! Great location.
The communication from the staff was great. The room was huge, comfortable and modern.
The beds and pillows were heavenly, my family and I all got great sleep on those beds, highly recommended.

Our stay was great. Desk staff were nice. The rooms are beautiful. Everything felt new, fresh, and clean. Our kids liked the breakfast (Dunkin’ Donuts) and we enjoyed the Nespresso. We booked the Queen “suite” and the room we got was two queens but did not match the images we saw online; at booking the room looked like it would have two kind of separate sleeping areas—traveling with kids, this is what we were hoping for. So we were disappointed in that. We hope Hotels.com/the property update their images so it doesn’t feel like a bait and switch for other families!
