I am going to start with the positive side, excellent staff service always willing to help and friendly, Now the negative, if you are planing to SLEEP and REST this is not a hotel of choice, we were in the room by the inner patio, very LOUD you can hear everything and everybody from other rooms and the loony and kitchen, noise from all different corners. Also if you are looking to privacy stay away because there is very little, this is more likely a hostel where you share your stay among unknown people without making new friends.

Great hotel in Manizales
The hotel was grratly located near the business area of the town. Clean and comfortable. The staff was just superb, very welcoming, warm, and genuinely nice. The food at the restaurant was also outstanding with the two amazing ladies putting in the time and effort in each dish for a very tasty meal.

The view to the "Nevado del Ruiz" from my windows was unique. I found the people at this B&B very supportive and willing to do anything to help the customer. My family and I had a great experience staying here. Thank you Martha for all the special attentions to our requests.

La atención es sensacional. Todo el personal esta dispuesto a colaborar con cualquier necesidad. La casa esta totalmente reacondicionada y tiene acabados muy modernos. Los desayunos son deliciosos y en porciones grandes. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel y volveremos todas las veces que vayamos a Manizales.
