Harbor Village Update: The indoor pool, hot tub and fitness area are open and available for guest use, except for a planned closure starting on December 1st, 2024 for 4-6 weeks. It will reopen after that time. The outdoor pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Guests are required to review and adhere to the facility rules posted on-site.

Sleeping Arrangements: Master - King and Twin, Second Main Floor Bedroom - 2 Twin Bunks. * Note: Despite the additional beds, the rental does not allow more than 4 occupants per HOA guidelines. Groups more than 4 guests will not be allowed.
Rare single-level living! Two steps up onto the porch and then two steps down into the main living area. Walk right out to beautiful Lake Michigan. Modern updates throughout include new flooring, new countertops and all furniture and fixtures.
AMENITIES INCLUDE: central air conditioning, gas fireplace, 1 car garage, outdoor deck area, laundry, gas grill. WIFI included w/ smart TV available for your streaming apps. Some beach equipment included in garage.
The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include microwave and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products.
LOCATION: Harbor Village is on the shores of Lake Michigan's sugar sandy beaches with beautifully landscaped grounds, a deep-water marina with slips for rent, community fishing dock, indoor and outdoor pool and spa, fitness center, and a gated playground for the children to enjoy. Plus, it's just minutes to historic downtown Manistee, The Riverwalk, world-class golf and fishing, public parks and nature trails. The ideal place for family vacations, weekend getaways or the avid boater or fisherman!

ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.
DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.
Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
For safety reasons, there may be external security cameras in use. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns.
