Beautiful home with private garden and pool
This large fantastic, residence is not any old house, It's a home! Perfect to spend a holiday with family, or friends with children. Quiet beaches and top notch restaurants are nearby. The kids can play in the communal park while the adults relax. Enjoy the sun with a grilled bbq steak, or meat slow roasted in the wood oven, a good wine and good conversation. The home is fully equipped with everything that you could need for a perfect escape. Don't miss your opportunity to book, come and escape!
The space
The residence consists on the ground floor of a living room of more than 50m2 with double-sided glazed fireplace, which opens onto a dining room where 8 people can comfortably dine. If you like to cook you can enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with appliances of luxury brands such as Gaggenau and Miele. The ground floor also has a toilet.
Outside in the garden there is a covered patio with large sofa and hammock. there is also a cooking area with barbecue and a wood oven and a glass table measuring 1x2m where 10 people can comfortably sit. The garden has its own swimming pool and bathroom with shower. the residence is completely fenced and is quite private.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms each with its own balcony. Two of them with a double bed and ensuite complete with shower and bathtub, furnished with first class brands. One of the two has a large dressing room and the other has twin fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has a solid wood trundle bed so that two people can sleep peacefully. It also has a large built-in wardrobe of the same style. This bedroom has a full bathroom with bathtub where you can take a shower.
On the third floor the fourth bedroom takes up the entire floor with a large single bed and large wardrobe for all your luggage. This floor also benefits from a large patio/terrace where you can sit and enjoy the views towards the valley and the sea.
Guest access
The best way to get around the area is by car, although it is true that there is a local bus service during the summer. The house has a private and fenced garage. It should be noted that this will not be useful if you do not have an SUV or 4x4 type car since there is a significant inclination to access.
The communal area has a park of more than 6000m2 with basketball court, paddle tennis court, playground and swings, and minigolf.
100m from the accommodation there is a small bar restaurant.
Less than 1km away there is a shopping center where you can get all the essentials from Eroski, and of course, the Chinese shop! There is also a very complete gym where, if you get tired of relaxation you can burn a little energy. (rates on request)
The beaches in the area are calm and the waters, especially on a westerly wind day, are crystal clear. Personally I prefer the beaches of Chullera and Tubalitas.
