We like the staff! They are very nice specially the dining people Monet & Felix. They are very friendly. The room is very comfortable. The housekeeping is very good as well. Over all, our stay is excellentl. We hope to stay in the same room next time!

We had a great time visiting and would definitely stay there again. I’d recommend buying the breakfast with the room as it’s quite tasty and convenient. The entire staff was awesome and very polite. Unlimited stars!

Excellent hotel and staff. They were able to accommodate me with room changes due to paint smell from the other room, the room was perfect and had a walk in shower which I loved. However due to the toxic smell of the paint, I had asked to switch to another room. I was given another room with a bath tub. I had slipped on the bath tub twice as it was too high for me. I was in pain and with a bruised leg. I called the front desk to request for another room. Finally, they gave me room that was perfect and back with a walk in shower. I was not too please with the bath tub as it was old, too high and unsafe. My suggestion is to upgrade the bath tubs to walk in showers as they are safe and enhances the hotel experience. I love hotel rooms with a very nice bathrooms. I also love the location of the hotel. Walkable to Robinsons mall, Jolibee, and other food places. It is also situated in a non busy area. I would stay here again on my next visit in Manila.

Best Hotel Suite with the best price
One of the best. And with its price, it can compete with five star hotel. One of the best if not the best. The location is perfect and close to all commercial yet quite secluded property location.

Neighborhood wasn't great, I'm a bigger guy and can handle myself in different situations. A timid person might be uncomfortable. I really liked the staff and the room. Air-conditioning worked great. Definitely would stay again with no concerns.
