The shag pile rug in the living area contained shards of glass and button cell batteries that could be very dangerous to small children. The daily room cleaning routine needs to include giving this rug a thorough shaking outside.

The entire building is outdated compared to the other hotels in Makati. No VIP upgrade however there were 6 units available daily during my brief stay. Very disappointing with Expedia over promoting member benefits that does not exist!

We had an excellent stay. The staff was great and the pool area was very nice. We had a small issue in the bath room and it was promptly taken care of even though it was at night. The next day they contacted us and told us we could move to another room or extend our check out time. Very first class service.

Hotel was very clean and service was great! Location was accessible to restaurants, shopping centers and entertainment all within walking distances! Rooms were spacious and had all appliances and utensils for longer stays! I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a extended vacation.

Our one bedroom suite at the Alpha Suites was perfect. The views were amazing, the kitchen was fully equipped (although we didn’t do any cooking), and it was so helpful to have in-room laundry. Dining choices were extensive and the food was excellent - our dinner was one of the best meals we’ve had in the Philippines. Excellent service as well. Breakfast included lots of food choices to suit every taste. I would absolutely stay here again, especially if I was planning a longer stay.
