In the heart of the city at Ayala and Amorsolo, Seda Residences Makati provides a workable base for any business traveler. Our one-bedroom suite had all the amenities for couples traveling together: separate desk nook with a view and plenty of light, full kitchen facilities, dining area, comfortable sitting area. I could shut the bedroom door if my husband had overseas calls at night and get some sleep. Very clean, Roselle the housekeeper should be commended. Great pool, and Misto rooftop restaurant on the 35th floor provides sunset views over drinks and ample hospitality at breakfast including Western and Southeast Asian selections. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg at the salad bar. Angelika, Jasmin and Danica greeted us by name each morning and found us an outside table with harbor view to enjoy over coffee. The staff were sensitive to my food allergies. Nearby SM grocery store, and there's an accessible pharmacy. Plenty of shopping/restaurant choices in the Ayala North Exchange building and surrounding area, plus we took advantage of the covered, elevated walkways to Greenbelt and Glorietta malls to avoid street traffic. Easy walk to Ayala Triangle. No worries finding a Grab taxi downstairs or booking hotel transportation to the airport, about a 15 minute drive. Happy to stay again. We'll be back!

My spouse and I stayed here for a week for our wedding. The room was clean, large and very comfortable. We opted for the Premiere One Bedroom Suite. We had a corner room with a great view of the city from both front and side large windows. The WiFi it must be said was very poor. No mention was made of our wedding although the property staff knew about it. We had dinner twice at the rooftop restaurant. One just us and once a large group. Food was ok, but took a very long time to be brought out. The security for the building is good. There are several places right outside the building to visit and shop. We didn’t use the pool while there due to bad weather. On the whole we would stay there again probably. But likely eat elsewhere.

The female employees at this location, make our trip wonderful. They’re polite, sweet, genuine, helpful, and overall fantastic best in the world well trained. Some of the males need a little help.

The employees at this facility are top-notch very well-trained very polite very kind very helpful very friendly. Too I would especially like to give things to our Angelika and Elexa. They have a soft approach about them that is sweet and kind and makes you feel at ease. Some of the waiters need to learn to back off a little bit and certainly when they’re filling drinks should not drag their uniform through your food. They need to learn to walk around the table and take glasses and plates from the left side of the person so they never dragged their sleeves through the food.

When we arrived, we waited over an hour and 15 minutes to check in. It was poorly organized, and in my opinion, they need updated equipment so that they can expedite check-in process. They also allowed people with dogs who were barking like crazy. The security guy ignored it and you guys need to know that not everybody thinks it’s cute to listen to a dog barking next time. Perhaps send your Security guide to ask them to take the dog outside.

The staff was very respectful and very responsive to questions and your needs. The rooms are well-kept and clean, especially the bathrooms. One thing that scored low for the hotel was the constant sewage smell in the bathroom which was strongest early in the morning. It smelled constantly like sewage even if it has not been used. It could have been a perfect stay if not for this.

Seda is 5 minutes from our office so it is an ideal location. There is a small shopping mall and restaurants galore, visit Italianos if you like pasta etc... You are about a 15 minute walk from Greenbelt and Glorietta mall which are the main malls in this area so it may be a better option if you are visiting for a couple of days. The rooms are serviced apartments and reasonably priced. There is a small gym which has the basic kit but could do with upgrading. Staff are very friendly and efficient. there is a great Sky bar which overlooks Manila and is a good watering hole! Bar food is excellent and aslo the pizzas from the kiln are worth a go!!
