Nice interior and friendly staff. The booking for the hotel though was bad. I selected on expedia smoking room but they don't even have smoking rooms. False advertisement. The pool was very strict with swimming attire, only spandex or swimming trunks. No cotton allowed. The food service was super bad. Ordered the all meat pizza. It came in cold or preheated on the microwave. The taste was terrible. Whoever reads this just find a another hotel to stay, only stay for the conveniency.

I've spent a total of 80 days at this hotel since 2019. While I've generally had a positive experience, I must admit that it isn't what it used to be. The Food Exchange once offered much better food, and the hot water in the rooms is now spotty at best. Overall, the place is starting to show its age. Despite these issues, the service remains top-notch for the most part. I also appreciate that the hotel security is strict about who comes and goes, which adds a layer of safety. I would still recommend this place due to its value and proximity to the mall and coliseum. The area may not be the nicest or cleanest, but you can't go wrong if you need to be in the Cubao, Quezon City area.
