The staff are always courteous. The rooms were spacious and clean. Granted it is dated compared to other hotels I have stayed but it is not bad. I hope they offer a coffee machine in the room though like Nespresso. Thank you all!

Very nice hotel especially for the price. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Staff was friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Location was perfect for a short stay. Close to a really cool street with lots of selections and high energy like Vegas or New Orleans. Highly recommend

Friendly staff, clean facilities right smack in the middle of makati which can be busy but its all walkable all over.the mall is literally by the corner. One gripe is that the elevators were sooo slow and small. But otherwise a very pleasant stay.
