This ground-level home, owned by a family for over 30 years, is now available for guests. The property features a well-groomed path to the beach, a beachside patio, and a Florida room with beach chairs. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath house sleeps 8 comfortably and is fully air-conditioned.

The kitchen has beautiful views, a breakfast bar, and modern conveniences. Outdoor spaces include a large patio with a gas BBQ grill. The living area has an open floor plan with colorful furnishings, a 60" flat screen Smart TV, and multiple ROKU-controlled TVs. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV, and free WiFi is available throughout.

Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers, with one being handicap accessible. A stacked washer and dryer are included. The property emphasizes security and privacy with CCTV cameras in public areas. The screened Florida Room provides bug-free beach living, and the house offers easy access to the pristine beach and Gulf waters.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Please note unless alternative arrangements are made, the bank account or credit card on file will be charged your remaining balance automatically at 60 days. Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

This was our 2nd time staying at this house and it is perfect for our family of 5. We enjoy being able to see the beach from the house and the short walk there. This house is a steal compared to others in the area. Not having to walk up and down stairs is a big bonus. We loved the remodel from last year and hope to stay here again in the future. My son loves the coconuts the host has for us to drink from and was so happy they were offered again this stay.

Clean, Cozy, Convenient!
My husband and I stayed here with our 10 month old baby, and the property manager made an exception for us to bring our dogs for a fee which we appreciated so much. We booked a different property down the street which lost AC unexpectedly so we were in a pinch and this company was quick to respond and made it easy. The house itself is adorable! It’s clearly older but it’s been updated enough to make it comfortable. We had way more space than we needed but did have family come visit one day and it was great to have room for everyone to relax! The walk to the beach is a tad long but nothing that would keep us from coming again. There are plenty of bath and beach towels available as well as a large canopy tent and wagon! We even found a pack and play in one of the closets, though we brought our own. I will say, if anyone visiting has a little trouble with stairs, the back porch will be hard to get off of as it has no railing. That wasn’t an issue for us though :) Lastly, the only thing that surprised us was that there is a public walkway directly next to the house so people do frequently walk along the path out back. This is a more residential area though, so it’s still quiet and everyone we passed was pleasant. We would definitely stay again and miss it already!

Property was clean, nicely furnished and decorated. Excellent location with amazing view of the ocean. This property is actually managed by a real estate agency, which I didn’t know when I was booking it. You have to pick up /drop off keys from their office. There was a city fire inspection on one of the days that we were there, which I was only told about the day before. Was absolutely not happy about that. They came at 9:00 am testing smoke detectors while the kids were still sleeping. Also, there was no condiments so remember to bring your own. But overall it a nice, older house with a nice vibe to it. We all had a great time and I hope to be back.

Fabulous location
This home was beautifully decorated in a very beach-y way….great location and very close to the beach! Overall a very lovely home, although the bathrooms were functional, they could use a little updating! The patio and kitchen doors didn’t seem very secure! The sandy area just off the patio needs to be cleaned up….chunks of concrete and piles of twigs! Having said that, we would definitely stay there again! It was a very lovely home that suited our needs perfectly!!!

Fantastic vacation. House was indeed Old Florida, but comfortable and perfect size for four senior women. Beach was great, not too crowded. Bit of a walk from house to beach, but that was okay. Sunsets spectacular. Suggestions: put a railing on stairs from patio to beach path; install grab bars in the showers (very slippery). Oh yes—bed linens and towels were first class; all beds were very comfortable.
