Great location and extremely friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, the oklg slight gripe would be that we had no view from the window- just a grey wall which felt quite boxed in but i know that cant be helped. The breakfast was also nice.

Great location directly outside Piccadilly station. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Room allocated was a decent size with a nice comfortable bed. Also had tea/ coffee facilities. Only downside was the hotel doesn’t provide an evening meal facility for people arriving late.

The room was super clean, bed & pillow nice and comfy. Can't fault much at all. Staff friendly and helpful (aside from 1 snooty evening barman, just because I enquired about any gluten free options for a mate). A stone trow away from Piccadilly train station, clean & enjoyable stay.

I don't understand the breakfast offering......it may be the future but I'll give a wide birth. Having the eating area directly by the automated doors onto a lovely rainy Manchester highway was unfortunate.
