Unusual building and reception set up. Rooms and public areas could do with a spruce up i.e. painting and repairs but mattress, bedding and towels were spotless. Bedroom and bathroom were also very clean. Ideal location for access to trams, buses and taxis. Very reasonably priced - good value for money.

The hotel is situated ideally for transport hubs to Manchester City centre! My room was clean and comfortable the bathroom was very spacious but didn’t have a bath safety mat The bed was ok but not very comfortable mattress compared to others I have slept in the check in was slow due to a large Chinese family having booking problems. It is definitely a good alternative to city centre sky high weekend hotel prices and it was value for money for me.

I left my room to get food. Then, when I returned after a few minutes, the key would not allow me back into my room, even though I had only checked in a few hours earlier in the same evening. I had to go to reception and wait for about twenty minutes because there was only one person working there and there was a large queue of people waiting to check in. When the employee tried to fix my key, I still could not get into my room and I had to return to reception a second time. The employee eventually gave me a new key. This wasted about half an hour of my time and my food went cold. This is completely unacceptable and I will not stay here again.

Room was clean, fresh towels every day , never tried food and never seen anyone in for breakfast , seemed to be a lot of “permanent residents “ there so not sure if it operates as a hotel and a residential building , no issues throughout stay and room was quiet , tv mounted on wall and spacious room, parking is good and only £2 a night

Room was clean. Bathroom very good with excellent shower. However the beds are very poor. No mattress protector and beds need replacing, springs very prominent. Chair in bedroom very scrubby. Staff on reception very pleasant and helpful. Wasn’t expensive so didn’t expect a lot really.
