The location was convenient. The comedy club was a nice surprise. No free parking; discounted parking at adjacent garage. Staff was not accomodating; they seemed bothered by requests to fix room phone. After a 4 day stay, the staff seemed bothered by arequest for room cleaning and fresh linen. Diamond status had little value here.

Our room was really nice, staff was super helpful and friendly checking in and out. Having a restaurant at the hotel was nice bonus as we didnt have the energy to look around to find a place to eat. Our dinner was delicious and our waiter Sam was awesome! Overall we were very happy with our stay.
