Hair in shower, dried soap stain on shower soap dish, broken window with exposed glass in pool area, and the sheet for the bed was on top of the blanket at the foot of the bed tucked in on each side. Had to ask for clean sheets and changed them myself.

Enjoyed our stay, room was comfortable a staff helpful. Did feel the carpet in our room should be replaced, looks dirty. Pillows were way too small and difficult to see driveway from the road, more lighting would be nice.

The entire property was in disrepair and overall neglect. The room smelled of cigarettes. The toilet seat was coming off. Several areas of the room and bathroom were unsanitary. The pool was un-filtered and had hair floating in it and there was ring of grime around the entire perimeter. The adjacent patio was derelict and the exterior gate was secured with an old tie down strap. Staff seemed unfazed by the state of affairs. Due to our busy schedule related to the reason for traveling, we stuck it out for 3 days at this facility, during which time, we never saw evidence of a cleaning cart anywhere on the property.

Amazing staff, hotel soon to be renovated!
The staff here had been incredibly helpful over the last three weeks of our stay. They have gone above and beyond in great service. Dan at the front desk is fantastic! The hotel itself is old and dated but is scheduled to be remodeled within a couple months and that will be resolved. I think the staff is wonderful!

This would be 3rd time staying at this property and based on location I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else, not sure if was room we got but seems like the hotel could use some maintenance. The bath drain wouldn’t drain with regular flow of water, the elevator felt like I would get stuck in it. The staff were friendly and the reason we keep returning the location cannot be beat.
