Summary:
This lovely 3 bedroom cottage with loft area is the perfect place for a get away with the family.

Everything you need while away is within a couple of minutes with patrolled beaches and parks for the kids, local cafes for the morning coffee and local shops for those supplies for that BBQ at the end of the day in the sun.

The Space:
This cosy 3 bedroom property will leave you surprised with what is has on offer!

On the main level you will find the 3 bedrooms, main bathroom with seperate toilet and the well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge room with high raked ceilings up to the loft area above.

Upstairs, you will be forgiven if you think you are in a treehouse, with the large triangle shaped window over looking the trees with water glimpes from the sitting area with study desk for those that need to work while away, in this area you will find additional beds and TV with game console - making this the perfect area for the kids to relax.

Downstairs you have the added bonus of the rumpus room, with seating, ball games, extra fridge with bar area and a laundary with extra shower and toilet.

At the end of the day, sit outside enjoy sitting on the deck amongst the gum trees.
