Casale San Michele

Casale San Michele is located on the first hill of Malcesine, near the Campiano Pass, a quiet and panoramic area surrounded by greenery and nature. It is a large rustic recently renovated with care and quality materials by the owner to make it his second home.

The farmhouse, which enjoys a beautiful lake view, private parking space and garden, is equipped with every comfort, and is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday and an excellent starting point for excursions on foot or by mountain bike.

Malcesine is about 4 km away and the intermediate cable car station about 1.

You enter from the small garden with green lawn and you find yourself in an area dedicated to the entrance/living room furnished with a sofa bed that communicates with the main living room where we'll find a sofa that can accommodate an additional bed, the fireplace, a lunch and access to a bathroom with shower.

A staircase takes us to the lower floor where we find a second bathroom, the kitchen and the dining area which communicate with the external garden.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms furnished with solid wood furniture.

The house is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

Drinks, food and no consumables products (soaps, shampoos, etc.) are not provided.

Check-in is from 16.00pm to 20.00pm. For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euros is required, to be paid on arrival.

Check-out is before 10:00am.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.
