It was ok, one night. We took ages to check in even though we arrived way past check in time so our room should have been ready! - at first we got told we would have to wait for a room to become available but then thankfully a room did become available. At the pool, one staff at bar, waited well over half an hour for a drink.
Really nice accommodation with our small dog.
We booked half board and food was very good
Although we realised we could not take our dog into the restaurant we were originally advised that it would be OK to eat breakfast with her on the terrace but were advised subsequently that this was not possible
Good location for access to Estepona town and Puerto Banus if have car
Resort pool and facilities very good but nice beaches are also close by
It’s really nice there...we have stayed before about 4 years ago and both times good...bar and restaurant quite expensive as we do live in Spain so use Spanish hotels which are usually
cheaper to eat and drink as a family
The 2 bedrooms apartment are big (with 2 bathrooms). But the terraces are not very clean with the pigeons (there is a brush provided).
The restaurant was good, but it would have been nice to have more local specialities (chestnuts, etc...) and different desserts.
The staff at the restaurant is very polite and helpful. However there was very very very poor entertainment. No baby disco, only one show during the week. The other evenings, the only staff responsible for entertaining the guest was proposing bingo (there was nobody interested but he was still proposing it one night out of 2) or disco (created a playlist on his computer then stayed at the bar. Not much interaction with the 10 kids dancing on the stage. Never proposed a baby disco or a game. What a shame....). Very disappointed on his service. And no kids club during the holidays. He said that after the 16/10, there was not much kids, but lots of pensioners.
The staff from the reception are good. A map from the region on the wall would be nice. Instead of just leaving the leaflets on a table.
Also a shuttle to the beach front would be nice. It is quite far (3 Kms).
The swimming pool is nice and seats are not booked (leaving a towel on it) like in the other hotels.
Very nice hotel with lots of activities for adults and children. A bit too far from the beach but recommend for breakfast and suppers both are buffet which have huge selection.
A really lovely apartment hotel. Would definitely stay there again

1st Family Holiday
Our first family holiday with our 1 year old daughter and the staff at the hotel were brilliant especially the reception staff and in particular Luna. The room we had was good the only thing I would say is that it could of had a lick of paint to freshen up the wall as there was a number of marks on them. We stayed on a self catering basis and they are a few supermarkets close to the main room about a 30 min walk away. (5 mins in the car). I would recommend hiring a car if staying here as it’s a little isolated, however, the car parking is limited and the hotel charge to use the underground parking. We really enjoyed our stay and would look to re-book. Food is a buffet style breakfast was ok but we weren’t too keen on the food which was served on an evening. Prices in the hotel were reasonable €3.50 for a pint and round €8 for food at the snack bar.
I hard a wonderful time with the kids. Expect my bedroom lampstand broken and my balcony door cracks from the living room entrances.
Overall the kids love the swimming pool and it surroundings.
Nice 1-bdr apt with nice kitchenette. Local supermarket provides chance to buy great fresh food and cook in the apt. Most guests appear to be German and facilities are designed to accommodate them.
We stayed self catering which was great as there is a lidl and another supermarket just down the road for your supplies. (Bottle of wine 1.20 euro) whats not to like. The place was comfortable and clean. If you want 5 star then pay 5 star prices this is good value. We hired a car which I would recommend as the beach is 30mins walk away which in the heat will kill you and if you have a car you can visit places like Marbella (Don't go) or Peurto Banus (Do go, especially the marina) But for me estepona itself is beautiful especially the old town. Meals for two cost around 30 euros including a drink (wine/Beer) unless your a greedy guts in which case add 10 euros.
Bed as hard as a rock. Worst one in about 15 hotels that we have stayed at in our 3 months away. The room was a good size for two. You need to be fit if you are on the other side of the hotel as very long hallways and some stairs, pool was great, food was very average and to expensive for what it was and be aware the fish was a mouthful of bones.....not good if feeding a small child, Waiter very good, No plug in room but was supplied when asked. Quiet at night. Pricing ok.
