The location is great. Easy access to the airport by metro, just 4 stops, the station is in 3 minutes’ walk. The apartment was wonderful. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Marta at the reception. She was super helpful and nice. There is a great bar/restaurant on the trip floor of the building with great wine selection and creative fusion cuisine, including Thai, Spanish, and vegetarian dishes.

Absolutely lovely apart hotel. Responsive front desk, luggage storage after check-out. Living area to rest when we returned to collect our luggage later that day. Quiet area still close to everything. Strongly recommend especially for families - our room had fully equipped kitchen making for very easy and relaxing stay.

Overall very good, an extra room chair besides the couch would help make the room even better. Kitchenette was good and had all we needed. The coffee maker was a pod unit and should really come with at least a couple to get started and to know what to buy for more coffee. The room did have a small two cup espresso maker which we ended up using as we had some coffee.

Didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Staff is friendly and eager to assist and best of all responsive. The room I thought was quite large by European standards and had a little sitting space and kitchenette. Location can’t be faulted - it is quiet but only a few minutes away from the market and bustle of Old Town. Would come back without hesitation.

This was our 5th stay. We love the position of the Nono and the apartment space. It is getting a little bit tired in the rooms and perhaps is due for some refurbishment. Having said that it is a lovely place to stay. We would recommend it.

Great apartment in a great location, which was quiet and walkable for all main sites and train station. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The roof terrace was a great addition, with a free drink a bonus. Shame the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy this more. The only things that could be improved was the seating area in our apartment, the small sofa was not enough for the apartment of up to 4 people. Also the size of towels could be improved.

Our apartment was spacious, very smart and clean and well appointed. The terrace was a great place to sit, albeit a little noisy at times ( from the street below and from the rooftop bar of the hotel). The hotel is in a great location for accessing both the old town and the beaches. Lots of local restaurants and bars. The staff were courteous and pleasant. However, the air conditioning in our apartment stopped working sometime on Monday night (we arrived on Saturday). I reported it on Tuesday morning. It is now Saturday and, despite my regular enquiries nothing has been done. We have been forced to sleep with our windows open but the noise level, from the neighbourhood and from the bar on the roof of the hotel, has not made it easy to sleep at times. Had our stay been in August I suspect our apartment would have been unusable. And in a final display of incompetence the taxi the receptionist said she had booked for us apparently hadn’t been booked at all so we were late arriving at the airport for our journey home.

The receptionist Marta who is on in the afternoons till 11.30 was truly excellent. She knew exactly what restaurants were excellent and gave us tremendous information. We had wonderful culinary experiences because of her suggestions which included El Balneario ( wife's birthday),Ovedoble and La Cosmos as well as great ideas for Alicante as well. This is a pleasure to find from any hotel reception employee and in my experience, is not that usual. Every hotel needs a Marta and it certainly benefits the guest. Thank you Marta for being so great!!

Location location location. It’s located right in the city centre but somehow away from the crowd. My room is at the corner of the building with a good view of the street below. Nice and clean building, perfectly set up for family stay.

Lovely stay in a great location
Great stay in a clean comfortable apartment. Room cleaned with fresh towels and bedding every 3 days which we were not expecting. Great location for a 10 minute walk to the old town. 20 minute walk to the beaches. Apartments had a rooftop bar & restaurant, also plenty of restaurants and bars in the SoHo area. Would definitely recommend staying here
