Nice classic architectures and spacious place. However, it's quite hot at the receptionist area. The hotel quite strategic because there's malls, petrol stations, attractions nearby.
the downside of the hotel is, it looks like the hotel is not taken care carefully. I saw dirty glass in front of the room door, cutlery and plates are greasy in the dining hall.
During my check-in, there's no towel, TV remote, mineral waters and cups. So I asked the receptionist to send it to my room. However, waiting for those items was 1 hour long! keeping tab with the receptionist several times. The services very slow. During registrations also the receptionist took about 10 mins each customers.
They're lacking of social and common sense skill. Why you need to arrange the chairs while we're having a meal on that table? So unprofessional. They look like fresh graduates but regardless how new you are, you suppose to have great skills handling customers.
LIft, very slow and sometimes malfunction.
Overall stay was okay.
Will I check in here again? I don't think so.
I wish the staff services are fast thinkers and all the best for the hotel.
