Checking in was an issue as the automatic machine was malfunctioning and there is no manned reception. I had to ring the administration team and fortunately someone was cleaning upstairs who let me into my room and later produced a key card.
Despite this bad start the room was very good, I had asked for a low floor and was allocated a ground floor room. Modern coffee machine, kettle, fridge and microwave plus adequate cutlery, crockery and utensils for one. However coffee, tea, sugar and creamer were not resupplied after day one, despite my requests, and I was there for a week.
There was no heating and hot water one morning but this was resolved quickly after I telephoned the admin team.
