Our cozy apartment in the beautiful Hansapark of the state capital Magdeburg awaits you with a new fresh & modern design. The apartment is perfect for up to 4 people. Parking is possible directly in front of the house or in our underground parking garage (free of charge).

You can start your day with a delicious TCHIBO CAFISSIMO coffee on the sunny balcony and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment.

The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and in a great style and has a comfortable king-size box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a large cozy sofa bed for up to two people, a large smart TV and super fast internet as well as a fully equipped kitchenette.

The bathroom has a bathtub for relaxing and a partition for showering (rain shower). Fresh towels and bathroom essentials are of course provided (free of charge).

The open living area with the comfortable couch, the great dining area and the small workstation invite you to relax, work or be together. Nothing stands in the way of a cozy games evening here either.

The new open and modern kitchen is integrated into the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove and oven. Naturally, there are plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. A coffee machine with sufficient coffee capsules and various types of tea are also available here (free of charge).

There is a laundry room in the building with a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a fee. The underground parking garage is available to you (free of charge) for the duration of your stay. Here you can park your car safely and securely.

We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. In addition, you can expect a welcome set with coffee and tea as well as a small care set.
