This cosy and modern furnished flat is This cosy and modern furnished flat is located in the Sudenburg district in a shopping street of Saxony-Anhalt's capital. It is quiet and without traffic noise on the top floor facing the backyard and has a sunny balcony with a view of the tops of the Ambrosius church tower. However, the 4 floors have to be climbed on foot. Unfortunately, there is no lift.

The sights of Magdeburg can be reached within a very short time. The tram stop (5 stops to the city centre and main railway station) is about 100 m away from the flat, directly in the street. Shopping facilities, bars, restaurants, etc. are only a few minutes' walk away. The university clinic is only about 1 km away. Free parking is available in the adjacent streets.

The flat has a Double Bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a sofa bed (in the living room) for a third person. For a third person we charge a surcharge of 15 euros per night. This does not apply to children up to the age of 7 (up to 6 years).

Please note for a third person: The living room, which then serves as a bedroom, is a passage room (from the flat entrance to the bedroom) as can also be seen in the pictures. For the time of the overnight stay of a third person, it may therefore not be usable for other persons.

A travel cot and a high chair are also available for a small child.

We only accept a maximum of one dog weighing up to 10 kg. However, in this case we take 15 euros in total per short stay as an additional fee for increased cleaning costs. For longer stays, this fee is due every 14 days.

For the final cleaning we charge a fee of 25 euros included in the final price.

Please note for longer stays: The bed linen and towels are renewed every 14 days. There are enough towels for this period. For stays of more than 14 days: There is a basic cleaning of the flat once a month, which has to be paid additionally by the tenant in case of renting for a period longer than 14 days. Additional costs of 50 euros will then be incurred. This fee is not included in the booking price on this website and has to be payed during the stay.
