Bad uncomfortable stay
Booked a room that included extra charges for it because of my child. Was told I had to pay for extra towel and only given 2 pillows? I could have booked 2 rooms for almost the same price and not be subjected to cramping into the tight space of a hole. Room was terribly dusty and made us had sneezing fits while we were inside. Bed was rock hard and pillows were terrible. Shower area not really clean either. Breakfast was ok. Overall, very uncomfortable stay and likely won't return. The staff were good, just the company policy and property condition is really below par.

Convenient for getting around Takasaki. Short walk to the station. My room was clean and quiet. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in Takasaki!
