INNSiDE by Melia on Gran Via was lovely. The check in staff on the 7th floor were kind and helpful! Hotel is in a great location, steps away from shopping and many restaurant options.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, 8 minutos caminando a la Puerta del Sol, 10 Minutos a La Plaza Mayor , 15 al Palacio y La Almudena, Museo del Prado 20 Minutos y si no están listos para caminar pueden coger los taxis que siempre hay disponibles en la Famosa Gran Vía. Este es un lugar muy ocupado donde siempre habrá gente caminando y mucho tráfico. Pero hay mucha Vida ! Madrid es Madrid! Una ciudad Maravillosa llena de encanto .

Self service is the selling point of this hotel, don’t expect any great service. This place is very new, in the heart of Madrid it’s worth paying this price for staying. Will definitely recommend to other people.

Good location, close to markets, main attractions and transport links. Staff were helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff made sure room was changed early. Only gripe is curtains could have done with a dusting or clean as every time I shut or opened them dust would fall into my eyes

I had a really great time here. The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower here was spectacular. We stayed in the summer and AC was provided perfectly throughout our stay. Since this was on Grand Via, I was very surprised how quiet it was in our room, we slept perfectly with hardly any disruption from outside noise. Both restaurants are convenient and affordable. The security is very strict and do not tolerate any disrespect to hotel guests. Staff is very nice and helpful, especially to non Spanish speakers. They speak English here and will help you with whatever it is you need. They also give great recommendations if you are new to the city. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family.
