I’ve stayed at this location before and it’s nicely located for walking around, it’s close to the busy areas but it isn’t busy itself.
The hotel feels very dark once you enter the lobby as it’s decorated mainly in black, the corridors are lighter as they’re painted white.
My only issue with my room was the bathroom, it’s fine if you’re a couple but if friends are sharing it’s not very convenient, the wash basin is on the opposite sid wig the room, there’s only a very slim glass door that closes of the shower and toilet from the room, it doesn’t give much privacy, also when using the shower water gets all over the floor.
Beyond this my stay was fine, I wouldn’t mind staying here again as the rooms I’ve used so far have balcony’s which is usually a preference of mine when staying in Madrid.
