I absolutely love this place. The rooms are beautiful and the location is perfect to walk around the Gran Via and surrounding. I love the balcony on my room facing the gran via street OMG! That was amazing. The restaurant had the best bread and the capresse salad with pesto also is amazing, you should try it. one more thing, the rooftop has incredible views to enjoy a glass of sangria, or maybe two… I definitely will recomend this place to families and friends on their trip to Madrid. :)

During our stay in Madrid, the service at the hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the very beginning, the staff was extremely attentive and helpful, especially Cesar, who was always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities were spotless and comfortable, but what truly made our experience memorable was the team, who made us feel right at home. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in the city!

They stolen a very expensive pair of sun glasses from my room, unfortunately no one took responsibility. I contacted them they and they assured me they had found the glasses and when I when to pick them up it was an empty case that wasn’t even from the glasses. Pls be aware with your personal belongings if you stay there.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping and a short walk to all the main attractions. They offered a free minibar and complimentary welcome drinks upon arrival, which was a lovely touch and made us feel very welcomed. Would stay here again and recommend to others. It’s very easy to navigate to/from the hotel. It was clean, the staff was welcoming and efficient. My husband is 6-6 so I have to find hotels that offer king beds and this one does. They also offer “free” stocked mini bars waters, juice) which is such a nice touch.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, 8 minutos caminando a la Puerta del Sol, 10 Minutos a La Plaza Mayor , 15 al Palacio y La Almudena, Museo del Prado 20 Minutos y si no están listos para caminar pueden coger los taxis que siempre hay disponibles en la Famosa Gran Vía. Este es un lugar muy ocupado donde siempre habrá gente caminando y mucho tráfico. Pero hay mucha Vida ! Madrid es Madrid! Una ciudad Maravillosa llena de encanto .
