The Riu is incredibly well located and features comfortable, quiet, luminous rooms. Great bathrooms, ample hot water and super clean and modern. Amazing breakfast buffet and an unbeatable rooftop terrace for any time of the day and specially for sunsets.

The hotel is great, with a fantastic location. WARNING, the area is full of expert pickpockets, I had my phone stolen within 30 minutes of leaving the hotel at the Zara store near by.

It’s a huge hotel. Seemed to be several large conferences there so very crowded. Room felt like a cheap motel. Lights were too bright in bathroom and by bed. Needed dimmers. Cheap looking art on walls. Hallways and huge breakfast area felt sterile and unattractive. Rooftop bar/restaurant on 27th floor has great views with expensive food and drinks.
