Our stay was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient—most places are within a 20 to 25-minute walk, and for anything further, we just grabbed an Uber. While there's no room service, they do provide a cleaning depending on the length of your stay, which was perfectly fine for us. The kitchen setup was ideal; it allowed us to warm up leftovers and enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. The blow dryer could use an upgrade, but it did the job. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for our first time in Madrid. It was a great place with friendly and incredibly welcoming staff. They knew we were exhausted from traveling and notified us when our room was ready early with no additional fee. There was road construction which we could barely hear inside our room. They also had blackout shades which was great if you wanted to sleep in. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was in close proximity to most things and at most a sort taxi ride away. We never had an issue getting a cab as we were close to main roads. It included all needed amenities and made you feel comfortable staying here. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Madrid!

Great apartment
Large spacious apartment in a central location. Comfy large bed and everything you need doe a comfortable stay. Washer and dryer don’t work very well but at least they have them! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

I booked a 2 room apartment which was spacious and very clean. Washing machine and dryer is at the end of the corridor on each level. Car park is on site and can be a little tight for larger SUVs. Overall, it gave us the most homely feel in 3 weeks of travelling on the road. Highly recommended.

Loved the apartments and staff! This apartment hotel is in a very good location and proximity to Plaza de España museums, activities, and shops. There is even a Dia grocery store that is less than a 5min walk away, to stock up on local food, water, and snacks for your kitchen. Would definitely recommend.
