The Axor Feria is a great airport Hotel. The shuttle is convenient and easy to find at the airport. The hotel emailed me good directions two days before arrival. Unsolicited. It is somewhat punctual . Within 10 minutes. . The shuttle is absolutely punctual from the hotel to the airport. Every 30 minutes beginning at 7 am. Pickup times at the airport are every 30 minutes except for late arrivals after 10 I believe . They try to be on an exact schedule from the airport but that is impossible. My. bus departure happened to be at 15 before the hour from terminal 4 which is a good 15 minute drive from Terminals 1, 2 , and 3. So 1, 2 and 3 were on the hour. Front desk is efficient and smart. Very helpful . They spent 10 minutes in the morning planning my route to the Prado Art Museum. ( They were not busy at 8 am. ) After looking at the metro changes and bus rides and changes and charges and taxi fare they decided that the best plan was to take a taxi from in front of the hotel for 25 Euros. 15 minutes. They were right. (There is a taxi stand in front. ) Breakfast was plentiful and good and free with long hours of service. The hotel gives you a free liter of water every day and room service is every day. They gave me a sack breakfast at 6;45 on the second day I was there because the buffet breakfast opened at 7 and I had a 7 am shuttle to the airport which left at 7: 01. I will stay there again. The hotel is very quiet and very clean and extra modern.

The shuttle service after hours was terrible. Unfriendly staff, late arrival while we waited outside in cold weather for over 30 minutes. Then they didn't communicate which of the Axor hotels was ours. The rooms are very functional and comfortable, but with virtually no decor.

Airport shuttle is in the next building over and was packed at 8:00 am so we took a taxi that was waiting outside. Nice hotel though a bit sterile with plenty of places to put your luggage for organizing before hitting the airport.

Airport shuttle was as expected both ways. The check in was a bit bumpy. We arrived at 9:30 AM , were promised the room after 12:30 pm, fair enough. When we returned from Plenilunio Mall, after 12:30 pm , went to reception to pickup the cards for our room, the receptionist informed us that we have to pay for the room ! I mentioned that everything was paid once we made the reservation through Expedia ! Only after another receptionist took over everything was sorted out . Not a big deal, still a bit surprising! Other then that enjoyable stay.
