The reception works until midnight. There was a sign with a phone number telling that you could call to check in after midnight but it doesn't work. The reception starts working at 10am. I just didn't sleep in the streets because the people that were staying there was amazing. Totally terrible.

O ar condicionado funcionava bem para o calor do verão de Madrid, as camas de ferro não são das mais confortáveis, especialmente se você dormir na cama de cima. Os banheiros foram bem pensados e não há filas para tomar banho ou utilizar os toilettes. O Wifi não funcionava bem nos quartos.

Très longue attente au check in , et difficultés pour communiquer avec la réception . Et les toilettes étaient hors service . Et il faut rajouter de compléments d argent pour le cadenas et pour faire garder ses affaires . Et aucun distributeur de nourriture ou de boisson .
