Pretty much everything was great. All seemed clean, the beds were very comfortable, abundant breakfast buffet, friendly front desk. I had to ask a housekeeping worker for extra hand towels and wash cloths. Two is never enough, even for just one night. It’s nice that you gave us two complimentary drink tickets, but we were pretty booked up with our time and didn’t get to use them. Since they are only for the current stay, we will not get to use them, which is disappointing.

Prior to the trip, I called and was told the airport shuttle would be available every 30 minutes. Upon arrival, when I called for a shuttle, the wait would have been over an hour, so I paid for an Uber. On return, they arranged a lift which I was very grateful for. The air/heat ran constantly, even though it was set to auto. I had to move a chair in front of the unit to block the air when working at the desk.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The atmosphere was super calm, the pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the bar served excellent food. One tiny negative was there were no smart TVs, so bring a Roku if you like YouTube and such. We were in town for a show at the Orpheum Theater and it was in the absolutely perfect location. And the staff very kindly pointed us in the right direction!
