Great location and a customer service oriented hotel that nailed all the little things. It’s raining- here is an umbrella. Coffee, water, free toothbrush, good bar and food and very good staff. Loved it. Eat at Magnolia kitchen, too.

Staff was great but special recognition to Paul known as the hotel historian as he provided great historical knowledge to us on the building and how it played a factor to keep the state capital in Madison.

Excellent Hotel Near State Capitol
I booked this hotel for a night and because it was fairly close to an event we were attending, and because it was very reasonably priced and rated highly. Was so surprised at how nice the entire place is! And it is literally across the street from the capitol! Restaurants and such all within easy walking distance, and the valet parking was fast and efficient for our getting in and out. Rooms were very nice and super clean.

I would definitely stay here again
We come to Madison from the Chicago suburbs every year in the summer to go to the Farmer's Market, This was our first stay at Best Western Premier Park Hotel. We had a fantastic view of the Capitol building. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We look forward to coming back to this hotel.

Excellent Hotel, Highly Recommend!
For the last day of cross-country travel, I decided to treat myself to a nicer hotel near the capitol and wasn't disappointed. Outstanding valet parking and front desk service, and check-in was hassle free. The room was a bit cramped, but clean with modern decor and fixtures. In-room wi-fi was outstanding. Also enjoyed a hearty breakfast at The Post restaurant downstairs. It sure is worth paying a few extra bucks to stay downtown where so much is within walking distance.
