Well once we got in the room. It smelled of cigarette smoke. So I called the front desk. Spoke with the guy who was working upfront. Explained to him about the smell. Informed him that I didn’t want another room. But that it smelled. I just wanted to rest. Plus shower curtain was ripped. So that was my experience.

THe best part of this property is the staff! Everyone was super kind, helpful and worked quickly. Shout out to the shuttle driver, who bent over backwards to help me with a ride to the hospital at the last minute.

Dirty rooms and facility, we had to switch rooms because of an overwhelming mildew smell and the next room wasn't much better. Leaky sinks, dirty counters, stained shower curtains, broken hot tub, and luke warm breakfast. Will not stay there again.

breakfast here was pretty much the best we’ve had at the many hotels we have stayed at in the last several years. Eggs, sausage, mini chocolate donuts, excellent chilled milk, two kinds of cheese. we loved that the pool/spa area is open until 11 PM and checkout is at noon! Really put this hotel above the rest. The only downsides was our room looked out onto the pool and it could a bit noisy, and the beds were a bit lumpy. Still, big ups.
