The worst motel I have ever stayed in. Beds were so uncomfortable, layout of room was odd. Had to walk through a common room stayed with other guest to enter room via the bathroom which locked from the outside ,so other guest had to wait before leaving. Stains on floor and furniture, bathroom was dirty.

Property listed as a motel with full daily housekeeping. There has apparently been a change of ownership but the info has not been updated in the advertising, the notes in the bathroom about if you want fresh towels, the please clean my room signs and also in the property guide book. Resulted in our towels remaining on the floor until we had to call and request new ones. The room we were in also had some very sticky doors - the bathroom the ply is mostly separated from the rest of the door leaving you pulling on something broken and also the front door would get stuck that needed a couple of full weight pulls to get it open. Bed was comfy, tv was great but not refilling tea/coffee amenities or housekeeping on the days you request it mid stay isn't really on when it's booked as advertised. It's not a self-service apartment. So please take note.

After being there before and enjoying our stay, this time I did not find the management so welcoming. Overall, my stay was all I needed. I was a little disappointed the bathroom bin had not been emptied when the room was cleaned which left it a little smelly. An oversight on the cleaners part, tho I accept that can happen.

Property was clean and safe. All 3 beds were super old, and you can feel the springs, which was not comfortable. Breakfast was just a couple of cereal packets and some toast.

We booked a ‘superior’ room sadly the room smelt musty, the toilet had dirty stains and constantly leaked, There were ants in the kettle, bed desperately needs replacing. Only One 600ml water bottle in family room We had one blanket to share between beds. Breakfast presentation very underwhelming . Had to climb a secured box to get into shower/bathtub. Could not recommended

The motel rooms are dated and run down,need renovating. Paint peeling in bathroom, usual mouldy joins in shower. Noisy fridge, carpet lifting.The beds are old and very uncomfortable, one double sagged to the middle the other hard as a rock.The front rooms (which ours was a family room)are right on main road and in the flight path for the airport. Have stayed at other motels on the same road but this has been the worst one.

On check in, I was not advised or instructed to grab my breakfast food, which was included in my stay. I have stayed at this hotel for the past 8 years and this was the first time that I was not instructed to grab my breakfast on check in. The hotel was roomy and comfortable but is dated and needs some TLC.
