Composed of 1 bedroom with a double bed, a Mezzanine with two single beds, an open space room with a sofa bed and wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The Urze Lilás house is also equipped with Econo-Heat heating, cable TV and wireless internet, thus offering all the essential comfort for a perfect and relaxing stay in the countryside. This is prepared to host four people, however, it has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of six people.
In front of the house there is a beautiful reserved garden, where it is possible to soak up the sun and, for sports lovers, it is a perfect space for, for example, the practice of yoga, thus taking advantage of not only the interrupted silence just for the birds chirping, but also the fresh, pure country air.
With an area of 14,000 m2, the Quinta has been in the Pereira family since 1928, it owes its name to the swamp in it and contains a small sample of the vast Madeiran flora that can be enjoyed by any visitor through a pleasant walk. by the property.
