Lovely hotel with clean comfortable beds and great customer service. Nice buffet with hot and cold offerings. Bathroom was a good size with heated towel bar that worked perfectly to provide warm towels.

Simply not a four-star property. Very conveniently located and staff at front desk is very helpful and super nice and friendly. Our room however (superior room) was very basic, when “historic” has crossed the line into just “old”. Furnishings/carpet need updating, free standing mini fridge is an afterthought. Not even a kettle, coffee machine or mini bar, what a four-star property should offer. Bathroom was nicer, renovated, clean and functional. However we were left two days in a row with no bath towels (had to request them from front desk and they were provided right away). This property is a good base for visiting the town, just calibrate your expectations.

this hotel was just amazing!! it is a very old building with so much charm. the pool are was in a "cave like" area and although it says hot tub, the water was cold. the bedroom was so beautifully decorated, and the bathroom very large. so close to everything . would recommend to everyone.

Hotel does not really deserve it's four star rank. Standard rooms are extremely small, carpet is worn, upholstered chair is dirty, no amenities like a fridge. The staff are pleasant do not offer much advice (i.e. difference between a taxi and uber or public transit (metro).
