Our three-day stay at this hotel was excellent from the point of check in to our check out, with friendly smiles and professional customer service from all hotel employees. A very welcome reprieve in the calm of Luxor after the chaos of Cairo, the hotel is a bit older but well appointed and has everything you need inside or immediately outside. As a bonus, it is super close to the major attractions so travel time and those early morning wake ups are a little less harrowing. I would come back here again, but one small suggestion to the manager of the morning buffet: please ask the very lovely but overly eager staff to give the guests a bit more space, nobody wants to feel hassled every couple of minutes during breakfast especially after getting up at 4am to go to an activity.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everyone was friendly and kind. The room was clean. We got the Nile River view. Highly recommend that room. The sunset is amazing since the hotel is right near the Nile River. The Thai restaurant is great. Food is amazing and the manager I think his name is Ahmed was so helpful and overall a great person who checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. Lovely hotel

Stayed for one night. Beautiful property right on Nile River. Staff was wonderful and pool was a great oasis to relax. The lunch at Tropicana restaurant was good and well priced. Unfortunately had to leave hotel at 5am to catch flight. Would be great place if you visit Luxor.

The property is beautiful. The staff are amazing, accommodating, attentive, perfect! We had a view of the Nile from our room that was stunning. We ate at the Italian restaurant each evening, although there were several other options. The food was fabulous! The breakfast buffet was also delicious with a lot of options. I got a spa treatment and it was one of the best I have ever had! We will definitely be staying at this hotel again and again !

Great hotel
This hotel was WONDERFUL. Loved everything about it. The hotel has 3 restaurants that you can choose from (Italian, Lebanese & Thai) & they were all delicious. The location is great & the amenities are great. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed in lots of hotels in lots of places and this hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. Service was exemplary from check-in to bar staff (Hayad was beyond amazing) to the restaurant staff to housekeeping). Do not miss the breakfast buffet or the river view at dinner.
