As soon as you complete your booking, we will send you a detailed instruction for your access. The instructions will provide all local features, parking possibilities, best recommendation regarding places to see and visit Luxembourg, how to access to the building and find your apartment.

A short 10-minute walk will take you to the Cloche d'Or shopping center, featuring a variety of shops, restaurants, and a large supermarket for all your needs. The nearby Parc de Gasperich, just a 15-minute walk away, offers open spaces and walking trails, perfect for outdoor activities. With easy access to public transport, reaching Luxembourg City center and iconic sites like the Grand Ducal Palace is quick and convenient, allowing you to explore the city's culture and history with ease.
Getting Around:
The closest international airport is Luxembourg Airport (LUX), about 15 minutes away by car or taxi. Public transport is free throughout the city, and the property is conveniently located near several bus stops, allowing for quick access to the city center and nearby neighborhoods. Luxembourg Gare Centrale train station is also a short drive away, offering easy connections throughout Luxembourg.

1. Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 to book.
2. Respect the Neighbors: We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum. No parties, illegal activities, or loud music after 10 PM, please!
3. Guest Limit: For everyone's comfort, only those listed in your reservation are allowed to stay.
4. No Smoking: To maintain a fresh environment, smoking of any kind is not permitted. A €300 fee will apply for violations.
5. Residential Use Only: Our space is intended for private, residential use only—no business activities, please.
6. Check-In/Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. A €50 fee per hour will be charged for late check-outs.
7. Furniture & Structures: Kindly avoid moving furniture or setting up tents. A €300 fee will apply for any damages or stains.
8. Liability: We cannot assume liability for issues managed by third parties.
9. Damages & Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning that may be necessary after your stay.
10. Departure: Before you leave, please turn off the heating, place the keys in the designated lockbox, and tidy up the kitchen to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.
11. Guest Portal: To receive your check-in instructions, please complete the guest portal, including providing a government-issued photo ID and verifying your contact details. This step is important for a smooth check-in process.
12. Compliance: We appreciate your cooperation! Following these rules helps us maintain a welcoming environment for all guests. Non-compliance may result in cancellation without a refund
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent on the day of your check-in few hours before your arrival time.
