VERY uncomfortable bed
1 night stay for an early flight, The Ibis was an utterly forgettable experience. The bed was so uncomfortable I seriously considered sleeping on the floor at one point. Mattresses have not been turned and need replacing; they have just put a memory foam topper on, which makes no difference. Otherwise it’s clean with a working kettle tea/coffee etc and small tv.

we checked into the room and as soon as we got in the room got a knock on the door, the service man said he came to fix the toilet seat, i lifted it and it was hanging off, i said ok fix it he replied he would come back in the morning, why put us in the room in the first place? obviously couldn't use the toilet seat as you slipped on it and unsafe to use, but after a 8 hour bus travel couldnt be bothered with the hassle so went to the bar for a drink only to see the service man leaving he obviously didn't want to fix the seat in the first place.

For Luton Airport try somewhere else
Food was very poor - I only ordered chips! Couldn't provide me with an receipt as the computer system was slow Only one pillow TV had very poor sound quality

Ok. The room is very claustrophobic and somethings in the room sounds like a very loud fridge, except that there is no fridge in the room so not sure what is making this noise , but it was loud enough to stop me sleeping :( The bathroom is ok but not super clean. The whole hotel feels very much like a budget hotel.

A poor night's sleep
We arrived late at this hotel. The heating in the room wasn't on, so it was freezing cold. The room took hours to heat up, so shivering in bed. The sink was also blocked.

Basic hotel for an early flight
Hotel is old, rooms are dated and the whole place needs refurbishment. That said, it is cheap, walking distance from the airport terminal and does the job for a one night stay before an early flight.
