The hotel is perfectly located to old town, walk over the bridge and you’re there! We asked the clerk for an upgrade so we could see old town and river and we got the one that was on the old facade end with an angled roofline so room was oddly designed but the view was superb!! And the bed was very comfortable. It was sparse with the amenities (coffee maker/hot pot/fridge/ironing board/etc) but we didn’t need them, or ask for them. I’m sure the other rooms are well equipped. Nice conversation areas near the reception with views of the river and old town and even provided snacks and beverages in the afternoon. I loved this hotel!

Dyrt i forhold til at værelset var snavset

Et stort lyst værelse med udsigt til floden. Komfortabel seng. Stille og roligt. Desværre var rengøringen meget mangelfuld, der var ikke gjort rent på badeværelset og gulvet i værelset var ikke blevet vasket, der lå stadig snavs og der var pletter. Generelt snavset i krogene. Det ville have været dejligt med en elkedel.

Clean and spacious room with a nice view over the river. Parked at the nearby parking house (500 m) for 11 € (24h) Had breakfast on the other side of the river at ‘Annas Café’. Very cosy place, good food and friendly service, and much cheaper than at the hotel.

Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen und unser Zimmer hatte eine Raumtemperatur von 28*C. Man erklärte uns, dass das fehlende Bauteil fehle und nur schwer beschaffbar ist. Ohne große Diskussion hat man uns als Ausgleich ein kostenfreies Getränk an der Bar angeboten. Das fanden wir korrekt und respektvoll. Überhaupt waren alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Da fühlte man sich wirklich als Gast und herzlich willkommen.
