We were having our breakfast with our 2 grandsons it’s busy travel season I made waffles for 4 people and told my grandson to take a small cup of syrup to the table for all of us as we did not need to carry a bunch of little cups and the worker was very annoyed but seemed like common sense to me But neither here nor there the worker scolded us very loudly for using the syrup that way also made a scene when another guest said excuse me the syrup is gone as the place was packed she said loudly to embarrass us that if some one did not use a cup that would not be the case. I did not call her out on it but felt it was very distasteful and humiliating as really I cup for 4 waffles is not over doing it !!

Disappointed, have stayed at comfort Inn's in the past that were very nice, but not here. Room had a bad order and stains in the carpet. We went to Walmart and purchased Febreez to spray the carpet and around the room. Toilet had a leak because there was always water on the bathroom floor. Ice machine that was nearby didn't work, so we had to use the one clear at the other end of the motel. Desk wasn't much help when inquiring about using our Fire stick on the tv, had to call for help from another number. We enjoy staying in Ludington, but will not book here again.

We booked our stay through Expedia and we booked a suite for just 2 adults and when we got there they only offered us a kid suite. This was never mentioned when I booked the room and when I talked to the front desk, they refused to do anything about it and basically said sorry about your luck. The lady even told me they had actual suites available but they gave us the kids suite and said it was too late to change. I felt we got taken advantage of and will NEVER use choice hotels or Expedia again!

The room smelled so badly of smoke or must or something. Called front desk who said they would talk to manager and we never heard another word. Ended up buying febreeze to spray carpet and chair fabrics which helped immensely.

Hotel was nice but our first room had some issues… toilet ran constantly after being flushed and the microwave was filled with food from that mornings free breakfast. Some that had already been eaten… they were able to make a room change no issue. However, the next room had a smell of burnt popcorn and some still in the floor. Cleanliness could have been a bit better.

Room fit our needs. Very convenient to Badger dock. Sink drain in room was clogged and would not drain properly. Not a big deal. After breakfast, there was no coffee. Enjoyed the cookies after 8:00 pm.
