Perfect Location for Gameday
If you’re in town for a TTU game, this location is perfect. Right on the southeast corner of campus. Walking distance to the stadium and to bars/restaurants on Broadway. Plenty of parking. The included breakfast was great both mornings of our stay.

The property was the ideal location for a Texas Tech game. However, for $400 a night I would expect a much cleaner room. There was dust on all the furniture. The floor in the closet was filthy as was the bathroom floor. All the furniture and doors were spotted and dirty. The tub was stained and the toilet had a ring around it and the seat was loose. The bedding for the pull out couch had blood stains on it (the front desk changed it for me quickly). It appeared that the only housekeeping done was changing the sheets and towels and maybe wiping down the bathroom between guests.

Loads of issues. Crumbs on the carpet when we first walked in. Bizarre holes in the ceiling for the sprinkler heads. Other delayed maintenance issues. Good location.

Located on the corner of a very busy intersection. The parking near the front entrance is quite limited requiring you to park at the ends. Take messures to secure your vehicle and belongings.

This property was extremely well cared for and the staff very competent. We stayed in over 16 places this past month and this property was one of the three we ranked with a 5. Very friendly to service animals with a great grassy area for the animals to have some free time.

utility room next to 106 has alarm that could not be turned off late Friday, thus crappy sleep for all of us in 106. it got turned off Saturday morning when "qualified" person was available. Not the staff's fault, just following the rules. Still sucked for us! shower in room 106 has very low flow.

The property is right across the street from Texas Tech university, the exterior and the staff were nice. The 1st floor room was bad, bug on the bed, bathtub chipped and rusted and the worst issue was the noisy AC unit!

This property is badly in need of an update! I had to switch rooms 3 times. First room had stains all over the pillows that I did not find until the morning after I had slept on it! The next room had so much water damage in the shower ceiling, I couldn’t bring myself to get in the shower plus flies everywhere. The final room was adequate. The breakfast is terrible, limited variety and cold awful coffee.
