I was driving cross-country and had intended to spend the night in Lubbock, but most of the hotels were full due to Texas Tech students returning for the Fall. The one place I did find was so gross and loud, I didn't feel comfortable or safe at all. I decided to continue on to Slaton, where I found this place. Check in was quick and easy, and the room was decent. The AC was noisy, but otherwise it was fine for an overnight to sleep and shower.
We did not stay there due to everything being dirty, bedspreads had stains and the sheets were discolored with yellow stains like the place has never been cleaned quite sometime. Called the front desk which the phone was also dirty and complained about the room, was moved into another room and same thing, it was very filthy. We returned the card back to the front desk and refused to stay there and traveled to Post, Texas and stayed the night in our truck. Never again will I trust any site to rent a room for our stay. I have pictures of the rooms. Just hope they refund my money.
Stayed here about 2 years ago and although it wasn't perfect, it wasn't bad. This time was a complete disappointment. The beds were very uncomforable. The room smelled weird and wasn't all that clean. The door key card worked once with one swipe. Every other time it took multiple swipes, holing the card still, and a ton of patients to get the door open. Had another night reserved on our way back from our vacation...I canceled that reservation and booked somewhere else. The staff was very nice, but will not be staying here again
I don’t normally stay in lower budget hotels. I was in Lubbock to attend a graduation. The cost of hotels, in Lubbock, were incredibly inflated. I stayed here because it was reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay here again. Room was clean and the carpet seemed to be new. There was not any noise whatsoever and I got 2 nights of rest.

This was a get what you pay for kind of place.
M The room was clean but the bed wasn’t comfortable. Breakfast was Bran and Fruit Loops. The Inn is next to the loud highway. It was just a one night stop, and I wouldn’t suggest longer. This was a get what you pay for kind of place.

Ok stay
Traveling with pet and placed in middle of second floor, on opposite side of hotel with easy access to grass. Walls in bathroom needed better cleaning. Bed was very comfortable tor the price.
Traveling for Xmas. Only stopped to sleep and take off early. Front reception were very friendly. The bed was super comfortable. Furnishings were certainly adequate and in good shape. Tv remote did not work. The room was adequately clean. Only issue I had was the upkeep of the property. See pics of inside the room and the outside was in dire need of repair. A shame as will keep me from staying again otherwise not bad. Paid 80 for the stay w one small pet
We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and Pretty comfy and the beds were firm but not too firm. We stayed one night passing through and it was perfect to shower and get rest.
The breakfast is cereal and toast so at least you won’t walk away hungry
For what we paid I feel we got a good deal.
